Meet Your Guide - Ryan H. Law
I know where you are coming from.
I graduated from college as a first-generation college student and picked up some student loans along the way. I had no idea how much I had in debt or what the terms of the loans were.
I somehow figured it out and got my own loans paid off, and then I started working one-on-one with students in a financial counseling role.
I realized something very quickly - very few people understand student loans, and fewer still understand programs such as Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
Call me crazy, but I decided to learn all I could about student loans.
I now speak at conferences all over the US about student loans, I have been to Washington DC to consult on student loans, and I have written a book about student loans. A national organization, AFCPE (Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education) recognizes me as their national student loan expert.
But this story isn't about me. It's about you. However, I do want you to know two things:
1. I understand where you are coming from (I've been there).
2. I understand student loans and can help guide you through the process.
